Spole\u010dn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me a nahoru polo\u017e\u00edme v\u011btvi\u010dky (4) tymi\u00e1nu, bobkov\u00e9 listy (3 st\u0159edn\u00ed) a v\u0161e podlijeme 50 ml vody (nejl\u00e9pe v\u00fdvarem, ale vsad\u00edm boty, \u017ee jej nem\u00e1te, nem\u00e1m pravdu?\ud83d\ude01\u2764\ufe0f).<\/p>\n<p>2) V&nbsp;misti\u010dce sm\u00edch\u00e1me na marin\u00e1du ho\u0159\u010dici (2 PL), Worcester (1 PL) a najemno prolisovan\u00fd \u010desnek (4 strou\u017eky).<\/p>\n<p>3) Pokud m\u00e1 maso jen jemn\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 kryt\u00ed, nen\u00ed t\u0159eba jej v&nbsp;t\u00e9to f\u00e1z\u00ed odstra\u0148ovat. Tuk se toti\u017e v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu pe\u010den\u00ed v&nbsp;troub\u011b rozpust\u00ed a naopak n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee zvl\u00e1\u010dnit maso. Maso (500 g) pot\u0159eme a promas\u00edrujeme olivov\u00fdm olejem (1PL), po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme. Nesm\u00edme zapomenout na to, \u017ee ochucujeme maso jen na povrchu, a proto je nutn\u00e9 solit a pep\u0159it v\u00edce, ne\u017e bychom byli zvykl\u00ed, aby i uvnit\u0159 bylo maso ochucen\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>4. Nalijeme v\u0161ak do n\u00ed ihned pan\u00e1ka studen\u00e9 vody a va\u0159e\u010dkou opatrn\u011b se\u0161kr\u00e1beme ze dna p\u00e1nve chutn\u00fd n\u00e1pek, kter\u00fd nalijeme na zeleninu v&nbsp;pek\u00e1\u010dku.<\/p>\n<p>5) Maso le\u017e\u00edc v&nbsp;hlubok\u00e9m tal\u00ed\u0159i pot\u0159eme na povrchu pomoc\u00ed silikonov\u00e9 ma\u0161lova\u010dky polovinou marin\u00e1dy. Posypeme polovinou uzenou mletou paprikou (1 a \u00bd \u010cL) a \u00bc \u010cL ho\u0159\u010di\u010dn\u00e9ho sem\u00ednka (nejl\u00e9pe v&nbsp;hmo\u017ed\u00ed\u0159i rozm\u011bln\u011bn\u00e9 na prach, ale bude to v&nbsp;pohod\u011b, i kdy\u017e pou\u017eijete cel\u00e9.) Pot\u00e9 maso p\u0159em\u00edst\u00edme do pek\u00e1\u010de namazanou stranou dol\u016f. Nyn\u00ed ma\u0161lova\u010dkou pot\u0159eme maso i z&nbsp;druh\u00e9 strany, znovu posypeme uzenou mletou paprikou (1 a \u00bd \u010cL) a ho\u0159\u010di\u010dn\u00fdm sem\u00ednkem (1\/4 \u010cL).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6) Maso pe\u010dliv\u011b zabal\u00edme do alobalu. Jednotliv\u00e9 vrstvy alobalu po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b utahujeme.<\/p>\n<p>7) Troubu zapneme na horkovzduch 140 \u00b0C a vlo\u017e\u00edme pek\u00e1\u010dek na st\u0159edn\u00ed ro\u0161t. Pokud nem\u00e1te horkovzduch, p\u0159idejte cca 10 \u00b0C na teplot\u011b. Klidn\u011b d\u00e1me do trouby pek\u00e1\u010dek ihned, nemus\u00edme \u010dekat, ne\u017e se trouba nah\u0159eje. Maso takto pe\u010deme 3 hodiny. Pokud m\u00e1te v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kousek masa, pak zvy\u0161te dobu pe\u010den\u00ed \u00fam\u011brn\u011b tomu, \u017ee na\u0161e 500 g maso jsme pekli 3 hodiny.
